Day1: Pick from Kigali transfer to Rusizi,

Day2: Eastern Lowland Gorilla Trekking Parc National de Kahuzi-Biega

Pick from your Hotel, have the Visa and Cross the border and transfer to Kahuzi-Biega National Park for Gorilla Trekking. Kahuzi biega National is a World Heritage site. A vast area of primary tropical forest dominated by two spectacular extinct volcanoes Kahuzi and Biega the park has a diverse and abundant fauna. Some of the last groups of eastern lowland gorillas consisting of only some 7,000 individuals, live here at between 2100 and 2400 m above the sea-level. They have black coats, and the males develop silver backs as they mature. With the help of a ranger and trackers, you will approach the rare primate ( lowland Gorillas) The walk will take several hours. After Lowland Gorilla Trekking you you can have your parked lunch and in evening visit Chibati Waterfalls. Overnight in Coco Lodge in Bukavu city or at Chivanga lodge in Kahuzi biega National park.

Day3: LWIRO PRIMATES REHABILITATION CENTER

Lwiro Primate Rehabilitation Center (Centre de Rehabilitation des Primates de Lwiro, or CRPL) was created in 2002 by two Congolese Institutions: Institut Congolais pour la Conservation de la Nature (ICCN) and Centre de Recherché en Sciences Naturelles (CRSN). Poaching increased drastically during the Second Congolese War (1998-2004), and it was decided to create a safe place for orphaned primates to recover both physically and physiologically from their ordeals. Lwiro Chimpanzee sanctuary currently takes care of about 83 chimpanzees, 105 monkeys of 12 different species along with other endangered species like the parrots, turtles and a porcupine. After this you can have your pocket lunch, after this tranfter to pygmies area . pygmies are short peoples who were the first occupants of Congo, they live for hunting no technologies things with them, only living in their ancestors lives .
